Efficient Surveying
Technologies
We assist clients with land development aspirations. Before new construction begins, it is encouraged to consult with a surveyor. At Western Survey, we fulfil the surveying needs of our clients while also offering friendly service and affordable prices. Based in Dubbo, we operate throughout Western NSW including Orange, Mudgee, Coonabarabran, Parkes and Cobar.
We understand that every client’s land survey requirements are different and we do all we can to help during the pre-development period to avoid any unnecessary delays.
Our development and land surveying services extend to all types of development, including subdivisions, strata subdivisions and more.
As well as land surveying, we offer environmental surveying, boundary surveying and construction surveying services if required.
A subdivision survey - otherwise referred to as subdivision platting - is often required when splitting a large area of land into smaller sections. We work with land all developers to offer fast, affordable and accurate subdivision surveying, from development applications to title registration.
We offer strata surveys for clients seeking strata titles. Often a strata title will be required by developers during the construction of a subdivision. Registered and licensed land surveyors are required to carry out strata surveys.
We provide detail surveys for clients with design intent. We understand the importance of a quality detail survey before modifications or additions to land take place and we use the latest in technology and equipment to ensure accurate and efficient services for the project.
Lettable area surveys are often a crucial service for subdivisions and other areas of land for residential use. Experienced with both gross and nett lettable area surveys, we ensure accuracy of information.
Lettable Area Surveys are used to measure floor space for leasing and rental purposes. Land surveys are most commonly used for Lettable Area Surveys for large shopping centre developments or updates or when tenancy areas require redefinition.
A Net Lettable Area Survey focuses on tenancy in commercial properties, while Gross Lettable Area Surveys are used for industrial tenancy areas. At Western Survey, we perform Lettable Area Surveys under the Property Council of Australia (PCA) guidelines for a wide range of commercial purposes.
